On September 17th, The Export-Import Bank of China Delegation headed by its President, Mr. Li Ruogu, paid a visit to the construction site of CMC’s South-Sri Lanka Railway Project. President Li Ruogu praised CMC’s efforts in project implementation and expressed his expectation that the phase I shall completed on schedule with excellent quality.
